Annual General Meeting

The PCA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in October each year. The Secretary will send all members an email containing all relevant details.

As well as presenting a President’s Report and the Financial Report, the AGM will include the election of the PCA’s Executive Committee, which comprises the following positions:

  • President
  • Vice-President
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
  • Ordinary members (if any, as these are not mandatory positions) are elected under rule 53 of the Constitution. The number of ordinary members is decided at the AGM, but has historically been between one and three.

All nominations are welcome.

The current Executive Committee encourages younger residents, including residents who have recently moved to Portarlington, to join the Committee.

To nominate for a position, please download and complete the Committee of Management Nomination Form.

To nominate for a position and/or to vote for candidates, you must be a current financial member. If you are not a current financial member, please complete a Membership Application Form first.
