Covid-19 has unfortunately made it impossible for meetings to be held in person.

The PCA Committee of Management continues  to meet monthly (online or in person, depending on restrictions).

We encourage all members to keep in contact via email pca.portarlington@gmail.com

Annual General Meeting 2021

The PCA’s 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 13 October 2021 at 7.00pm by Zoom.  The Secretary will send all members an email containing the Zoom link closer to the day.

The AGM will include the election of the PCA’s Committee of Management (Committee) which comprises the following six positions:

  • President
  • Vice-President
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
  • Two community members.

Nominations for Committee Members

All nominations are welcome. 

The current Committee encourages younger residents, including residents who have recently moved to Portarlington, to join the Committee.

To nominate for a position, please complete the Committee of Management 2021-2022 Nomination Form: Nomination form PCA 2021-22

To nominate for a position and/or to vote for candidates, you must be a current financial member.  If you are not a current financial member, please complete a Membership Application Form 2021-2022: PCA 2021-22 MEMBERSHIP

If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may appoint a proxy to vote in your absence by completing a Proxy Voting Form: PCA AGM Proxy Voting Form
